Markbass Traveler 102P 8 OhmI needed a lightweight cab for general gigging, having had enough of straining myself trying to get heavy gear in and out of the car and venues. This is what I settled on after consultation with fellow bassists. Partnered with my Trace head, I get a warm, round sound at the bottom end and a surprisingly nice full top end. For what it is and the unbeatable price on here, it does very well. I will be using it for gigging in a couple of jazz bands and a pop trio, but if I need it for heavier rock, I'll partner it up with a sub.
It´s impressive the amount of sound / quality that comes from a so light and small cab. A nice buy !! All eq is flat except a slight decrease in the mid-high and high. It works very well for the blues, rock and jazz music I play.
The product arrived on time and was very well packaged. Free postage was also very welcome.
The speaker was in excellent condition and sounded great when tested. I’m now looking forward to my next gig to give it a proper blast.
