Reissue to mark the company’s 25th anniversary

The Marshall 2555X Silver Jubilee Head is um a reissue of the 1987 series released to mark the company’s 25th anniversary. The Topteil features two foot-switchable channels and a power output of between 50 and 100 watts, selectable via a High/Low Output.

Channels

The Rhythm channel offers a wide range of clean sounds, from warm and round tones to clear and punchy sounds, by adjusting the treble control. The Rhythm Clip switch provides creamy crunch sounds.

In the Lead channel, the 2555X really comes into its own. Ideal for rich leads and solos, it opens up even further thanks to the sophisticated level limiting after the first ‘ Röhre ’, delivering powerful tube saturation without breaking up.

Cabinets

Of course, to match the head, reissues of the 2551AV, bzw. and BV cabinets in silver-grey fabric are also available again. So, exciting news for fans of the legendary Marshall sound!
