The Marshall Code 25 Digital Combo Amplifier is the entry level amplifier for Marshall’s CODE range. It has a 1x10” 25 Watt custom speaker and the full CODE Marshall-Softube (MST) sonic arsenal – 14 MST preamps, 4 MST power amps and 8 MST speaker cabinets. There are also 24 FX, such as Compressor, Reverb, Distortion, Chorus, Tremolo and more. To contain such a range of options the user has 100 presets to get going instantly. A CODE footswitch is available separately to give even easier access to your setups during live performance/studio recording.

I'm not a great guitarist by any stretchof the imagination, but so helps by giving me those elusive tones at the touch of a button and gives me confidence to try more difficult things.

It's one of the best amplifiers you can buy for such a low price. Most of the presets are for jazz/blues style, and I would have liked a bit more distortion sounds.
That being said the sound quality is fantastic and it's quite powerful for being so small, perfect for any bedroom.
It's the perfect purchase for someone who's at an intermediate level.
Im still new to the electric but this amp gives you everything you need with amazing sound.
