Note: In principle, M12 lenses from any manufacturer can be bolt-on to this camera. However, the protective cap is optimized for the lens included in the package. if the aperture angle is wider, a vignette may be visible in the image. Other lenses for larger distances have a thread that is too long, which means that the lens cannot be screwed on completely. If the water protection is not absolutely necessary, you can omit the protective cap, which in turn offers more flexibility.
