Through thermal treatment, the so-called torrefication, the solid Sitka spruce top sounds like a guitar that has been played for years: Martin's innovative Vintage Tone System (VTS).

In addition, thanks to Martin's Vintage Tone System (VTS), the torrified top delivers an astonishingly balanced sound with a resonance, like a guitar that has been playing for years;

The Martin CS-D41-15 Natural not only has an outstanding sound, it also has a lot to offer visually. Breathtaking abalone inlays adorn the fretboard, the rosette and the body purfling. A flamed mahogany binding elegantly wraps around the body, fingerboard and headstock. The base and headstock of the Martin CS-D41-15 is lovingly crafted in mahogany alternating with cocobolo. The optical impression is rounded off with mechanical wings made of Hawaiian Koa. In addition, the gold-plated Schaller "Grand Tune" tuners provide tuning stability and precise tuning. A flat string position ensures soft playability and the neck, made of flamed Spanish cedar wood, supports the consistently high-quality impression. Last but not least, the Martin CS-D41-15 Natural is limited to 115 units worldwide;
