The Martin D-10EL Lefthand at a glance
With the D 10EL, Martin offers an affordable, fully solid left handed dreadnought acoustic guitar from the popular Road Series that impresses not only with a powerful and balanced sound but also with its focus on sustainability. Newly developed materials such as Stratabond and Richlite responsibly replace traditional tonewoods without compromising sound quality. At the same time, natural resources are conserved, as mahogany and ebony grow very slowly. After extensive research, Martin ultimately found an equivalent alternative.
The D 10EL features a solid spruce top and a solid sapele body. As a result, this dreadnought delivers a remarkably balanced sound across all frequency ranges. Warm basses, lively mids and clear trebles define the characteristic Martin tone that is otherwise associated with models from the company’s premium segment. The Fishman MX T pickup system sounds surprisingly natural and transmits a convincing level of dynamics. In addition to the tone control located in the sound hole, a built in tuner is also included. Furthermore, an original Martin soft case comes standard. This guitar is a true insider tip and well worth checking out.
