Just in time for the 75th birthday, the smithy from Nazareth, Pennsylvania, with the strictly limited Martin D-28 John Lennon reminds of the deceased exceptional artist. This beautiful Dreadnought was therefore provided with excellent woods. Accordingly, a solid Sitka spruce top with frames and back made of Indian rosewood in an "AAA" wood selection delivers powerful basses, with powerful and nuanced mids and fine silver highs. Against this background, the Martin D-28 John Lennon acoustic guitar is predestined for powerful vocal accompaniment, and the top has been equipped with the VTS (Vintage Tone System), a process in which the spruce top has become"aged" by temperature and pressure and thus already has the great resonance characteristics of a guitar that has been played for decades.
