The Martin GPCPA 1 Ambertone is an all-massive electro-acoustic western guitar in Grand Performance It has a solid tonewood ceiling Sitka Fichte in combination with a solid body of East Indian Palisander . The electro-acoustic Western comes with a cutaway and a Fishman F1 Aura+ pickup system.
Martin's Grand Performance design is known for its large and powerful sound and has some reserves in terms of volume and dynamics. Especially chords and strummings are reproduced clearly and with clear string separation thanks to the treble-rich sound of the solid spruce top, while the resonance body made of solid East Palisander Indian wood impressively completes and fills the range of the bass and the low mids.
The Martin GPCPA 1 in exotic Ambertone finish comes with a Martin hard Case shell .
The traditional Martin manufacturer has been working hand in hand with Fishman the market leader for pickup systems for years. Accordingly, the pickup creations are adapted to the Martin design and achieve an amazingly natural sound quality for further processing via recording devices or acoustic amplifiers. The active Fishman Aura F1+ pickup system is powered by a 9V battery and features an integrated tuner.
