Maxon PAC-9 Pure Analog Chorus

The Maxon PAC-9 Pure Analogue Chorus is a dreamy all analogue chorus pedal delivered in a small and durable package. Warm and full stereo chorus sounds are delivered direct to your earholes by professional-grade internal components and easily tweakable with the expressive speed and width controls. As you’d expect the internal LFO can be used to sculpt a wide range of familiar sounds, from slightly shimmering chorus to traditional rotary speaker effects. Where things get interesting though is with the 2 external switches labelled Pure and Bright. When Pure is activated the PAC-9 boosts the delayed signal by 4dB, creating pulsating tremolo type effects on the repeats. The Bright Switch on the other hand scoops the lower frequencies, which gives the chorus effect additional presence. Stereo output is also provided with one output inverted for 90° phase stereo effect.
