Versatile full-range active loudspeaker

The Montarbo B108 is a versatile, ergonomic and portable full-range active loudspeaker suitable for small room applications. The bass-reflex enclosure features an 8" woofer and a 1" compression driver supported by a 400 watt amplifier module. Its advanced DSP with FIR filters enables smooth audio performance as well as an impressive sound pressure level of up to 125 dB.

Inputs and Features

The speaker has 3 input channels with independent levels. These include a combo jack (XLR/jack 6.35 mm) for microphone and line signals, a separate line input (XLR and jack 6.35 mm) as well as an aux input (3.5mm stereo jack) for connecting external devices, for example PCs, smartphones, tablets, etc. Bluetooth devices can be easily connected thanks to the integrated "PAIR" button. The XLR output allows the sum signal to be played out to another speaker. Furthermore 4 different on-board presets allow the user to optimize the audio performance for the specific application.

Housing

The Montarbo B108 features a clean design. The enclosure includes rigging points, 3 integrated handles for easy transport, and a flange for attaching to a tripod. Additionally, the speaker is equipped with an adjustable tilt angle (0° and 7.5°). furthermore two enclosure sides with 40° tilt allow for use as a stage monitor (a special preset wedge EQ is selectable on board).

Bluetooth stereo connectivity

Of particular note is that the Montarbo speakers can be paired via Bluetooth 5.0 to provide wider stereo sound together. Connectivity is easily achieved at the touch of a button and without any cables at all, allowing the speakers to be used flexibly in small permanent installations, for example.
