The chromatic accordion Monzani 48 Bass features 26 keys with a range of C-E3, 48 basses, three choirs, five treble registersand Italian reed plates. Thanks to the coordinated combination of high-quality alloy material and non-domestic wood, the Monzani accordion is around five percent lighter than other accordions with comparable features. The body follows the Italian model, which is reflected in its elegant and timeless appearance. The red pearloid finish gives the accordion an elegant touch. The reedplates are made from Italian steel strips. They have a beautiful timbre, a sonorous sound and have been designed for durability. The bellows are made of reinforced special paper, which is robust and flexible, and a frame made of aerospace aluminum; this combination achieves a good balance of low weight, quiet handling and optimum air volume. The scope of delivery includes a protective cover, which protects the instrument from minor damage and dirt when not in use, as well as the adjustable carrying strap.
