In addition to the body made of carefully selected hardwood, the company from San Luis Obispo relies on a six-piece maple neck with a silky oil-wax finish and rosewood fingerboard. On the bass amp, the StingRay 4 HH with two Music Man Alnico humbuckers delivers a wide range of top-notch bass tones, ranging from the typical StingRay sound with emphasis on the lows and highs to the power sound with maximum low-end boost. In addition to the 5-way pickup selector switch, the Bass is also equipped with an active 3-band EQ to customize the sound. A solid Music Man steel bridge and Schaller BM tuners complete the StingRay 4 HH RW Firemist Gold from Music Man.

For the construction of the Music Man StingRay 4 HH, the bass builders of the company from California rely on a body made of selected hardwood, which in conjunction with the six-screw maple neck guarantees a crisp sound with lively response and even sustain. The silky oil-wax finish on the back of the neck also creates the best conditions for comfortable playability of the entire rosewood fingerboard.

The electrical sound conversion of the StingRay HH is done by two Music Man Standard Humbuckers with Alnico magnets. While the rear pickup, thanks to its placement in the usual sweet spot, delivers the coveted transparent StingRay sound with accentuated treble and bass, the humbucker placed on the neck promises full sounds with a rich low end. In addition to the individual pickups, the 5-way switch selects the parallel connection of both pickups and two coil-split options, so that the four-stringer comes up with a particularly wide sound spectrum at the bass amplifier. An active 3-band tone control is also on board for precise tone adjustment.
