The silky oil-wax finish on the back of the neck also creates the best conditions for comfortable playability of the entire rosewood fingerboard.
The electrical sound conversion of the StingRay HH is done by two Music Man Standard Humbuckers with Alnico magnets. While the rear pickup, thanks to its placement in the usual sweet spot, delivers the coveted transparent StingRay sound with accentuated treble and bass, the humbucker placed on the neck promises full sounds with a rich low end.
