CR4 Omni Bass Fretted Amber

The NS Design CR4 Omni Bass Fretted Amber bridges the gap between upright and electric bass, whereby innovative design ideas from Ned Steinberger promise extremely smooth playability and a versatile sound spectrum. NS Design uses a full maple neck with richlite fingerboard, which combines the best playing characteristics of electric bass and double bass with a 34" scale length and compound radius. The combination of an EMG magnetic pickup system and the NS Design Polar Directional Piezo guarantees a versatile sound spectrum on any bass amplifier, which is also skilfully implemented by Arco and Pizzicato techniques. The NS Design CR4 Bass Fretted Amber features the NS Design Boomerang Strap System, which allows the bass to be played both upright and across the body.
