The NS Design WAV5 Omni Bass Transparent Black Gloss combines the comfortable playability of an electric bass with the sound profile of a double bass. The five-string can be played both in the classic upright position and in the electric bass position lying transversely in front of the body, so that curious users will find the usual playing conditions. The NS Design WAV5 Omni Bass features a continuous maple neck and a compact body made of the same material. The rosewood fingerboard has the "TransRadius", which tapers from 9.25" at the saddle to 2" at the end of the fingerboard and thus lies exactly between electric and double bass. The integrated, passive NS Design Polar Directional piezo pickup system also delivers authentic sounds, with different operating modes available for Arco and Pizzicato playing.
