OLD BLOOD NOISE Black Fountain

Delay effects unit with three voicings for electric guitar

With the Old Blood Noise Black Fountain Delay, Oldblood Noise reproduces the legendary sound of the legendary Oil-Can Delay Units. First developed in the 1950s, these units stored the guitar signal electrostatically on an oil-bath rotating disc and produced the echo effect, which was characterized by a charming Lo-Fi attitude. Accordingly, the Old Blood Noise Black Fountain also delivers particularly warm delays, which are given different timbres by three voicings. In "Modern"-Voicing the pedal delivers the classic sound of old Oil Can Delays with a long delay time, which in "Vintage"-mode is much dirtier and coarser grained. The "Organ" mode, on the other hand, has a fixed delay time of about 20 ms, but adds an expressive modulation to the echoes.
