Warm rotary sound for club and studio setups
The Omnitronic TRM-422 is a professional 4-channel rotary DJ mixer designed for club and studio setups, delivering warm, high-quality sound. As the latest addition to Omnitronic’s rotary mixer range, following the TRM-202 MK3 and TRM-402, the TRM-422 combines classic rotary feel with modern functionality. Equipped with high-quality ALPS Blue Velvet RK27 rotary potentiometers, the mixer ensures long-lasting performance and precise control. Each channel features a gain control, 3-band equalizer, phono/line switch, and the option to assign the channel to the integrated filter or crossfader. The built-in 3-band frequency isolator offers kill switches for bass, mid, and treble frequencies, opening up extensive creative possibilities. As a practical highlight, the TRM-422 includes four direct outputs for easy integration with timecode/DVS systems. Two 16-segment stereo LED level meters provide clear visual monitoring of both headphone and master signals, helping to prevent overloads. With its remarkable sound, robust build quality, and intuitive layout, the TRM-422 is a top-tier choice for DJs seeking a versatile rotary mixer.
This is a great mixer all around. It has almost every feature you would need and it sounds really good. My only issue is the fact that the switches for the filter activation introduce an audible "pop" into the audio signal when you engage them. It's not a deal breaker for me but it should be noted.
