The strings E1, H2 and G3 consist of a high quality nickel-plated steel wire. Additionally they are coated with genuine 24 carat gold making them corrosion resistant. The core of the D4, A5 and E6 strings consist of a tin-plated hexagonal core. This way the gold-plated winding wire is wound tighter and prevents quick fatigue of the string. Resistant against hand sweat and corrosion, brilliant sound and long lasting. Roundwound Extra Light.
