The mahogany used for back and sides gives it a pronounced warmth in the low and midrange, while the German spruce top contributes clear highs and a pronounced overtone spectrum.

A visual highlight of the Ortega M1CS is the elegantly designed sound hole rosette with its filigree patterns. In addition, this concert guitar is equipped with the Ortega 12-hole bridge, which allows the strings to be changed without complicated knotting, thus contributing to the high tuning stability of the guitar.
