Concorde MKII Club Twin overview
With Ortofon Concorde MKII Club Twin in yellow you get two professional DJ cartridges, which are ideally suited for use in the club or studio area. The needle has an elliptical grinding, which allows a detailed scanning of the record and thus ensures excellent sound reproduction. Apart from that, thanks to the high output voltage, a loud sound reproduction is realized with low preamplification and, as a result, a reduction of possible feedback in live environments. Likewise, the Ortofon Concorde MKII Club System can be used for digitization, since due to the extremely high as well as neutral sound reproduction every detail of the sound carrier is captured.
These are not my first Ortofon carts and are just what I expected them to be - high quality, loud and accurate. They're elyptical so not meant for scratching and shouldn't be scratched with but they have other advantages over spherical styluses like the more detailed sound.
