With the PRS SE Custom 22 Semi-Hollow Dark Cherry Sunburst Marylander Gitarrenmanufaktur presents a particularly flexible electric guitar from the popular SE series. Equipped with a partially hollow mahogany body, maple top with F-hole as well as a powerful mahogany neck and two PRS designed humbuckers, the electric guitar delivers an airy sound for the most diverse musical styles.

The strong mahogany " Wide Fat " neck is glued to the body of the same material.
Paul Reed Smith Guitars uses a classic mahogany body for the partial acoustic construction of the Paul Reed Smith SE Custom 22 Semi-Hollow , the generous resonance chambers of which are covered by a solid maple top. A further optical highlight is the strong veneer made of fine maple, whose pretty flame is accentuated by a transparent Dark Cherry Sunburst finish. In combination with the glued mahogany neck, the electric guitar has a warm primary tone with a woody Timbre and smooth response. With its powerful " Wide Fat " profile, the neck also lies particularly comfortably in the hand, so that any playing technique can be comfortably implemented when playing the electric guitar.

The electric sound conversion of the PRS SE Custom 22 Semi Hollow is performed by one at SE Treble Humbucker the PRS Original bridge and one at SE Bass Humbucker the PRS Original neck. These pickups capture the woody acoustics Timbre of the semi-acoustic guitar with organic dynamics and musical articulation. Pickups on clean amplifiers are convincing with a warm guitar sound that lets individually played notes bubble out of the loudspeaker while chords are played back vividly and cleanly with separate strings. In distortion, on the other hand, the pickups produce riffs with perfect definition, while solos are made to sing thanks to the vocal mids and multi-faceted trebles. The pickups are managed classically via a 3-way toggle switch as well as master volume and master tone controls.
The PRS SE Custom 22 Semi-Hollow also includes high-quality Hardware guitars designed in-house by PRS Guitars. The strings are held on the body by a PRS Designed Stoptail bridge, which holds the strings in place. Wraparound -style over the compensated string rest.
