The electric Limited Edition guitar also features a mahogany body with generous resonance chambers and a maple top, while two PRS 85/15 "S" pickups are responsible for the electric sound conversion with a modern character. Last but not least, the PRS SE Custom 22 Semi-Hollow Maple on Maple has the classic PRS Designed Tremolo and PRS designed Die-Cast mechanics.

Following the classic PRS semi-acoustic design, the PRS SE Custom 22 Semi-Hollow Maple on Maple has a mahogany body, whose generous resonance chambers characterise the sound with an organic acoustic timbre. The glued one in turn is made of natural maple and carries a maple fingerboard with the typical Bird inlays, whereby the slim neck profile creates optimal playing conditions over all 22 frets. Another optical highlight is the maple top with ornamental veneer made of maple.

PRS 85/15 "S" Humbucker for versatile guitar sounds

The PRS 85/15 "S" bass and 85/15 "S" Treble Humbucker the PRS SE Custom 22 Semi-Hollow Maple on Maple 's neck and bridge position also guarantee particularly versatile guitar sounds. With modern tuning, which pays special attention to a balanced reproduction of bass and treble, they deliver sounds of modern character that feel comfortable in almost every musical style. The Tone control with push/pull switch also provides the option to split the coil, so that authentic Single Coil sounds also belong to the repertoire.
