The SE Custom 24 Floyd combines PRS the most successful design of the guitar maker from Maryland with the playing options of a Floyd Rose tremolo system. With the SE 2017 series, the 85/15 S Humbucker in neck and bridge position, armed Instrument to the teeth according to original 1985 Standard humbuckers, and a maple neck in Wide Thin profile, designed for fast techniques, are given to the SE 2017 series.
Paul's high-performance SE Series model features a glued maple neck in the PRS typical Wide Thin profile with a correspondingly slim shaping for fast leads and smooth ply play. This Instrument is covered by a 24-flush rosewood fingerboard with traditional Bird inlays of a Abalone full two octaves per string and invites you to write riffs and shreds. Thanks to PRS 85/15 humbuckers, the sound of the umbrella is also wide ranging, from clear cleans in coil split mode to warm crunch sounds to brute High Gain sounds.
The SE 2017 version of the Custom 24 Floyd features PRS an original Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo system. The proven Double Locking System Parts pioneer Floyd Rose relies on a solid base plate and hardened steel riders for direct resonance transmission and a nickel-plated Messing tremolo block. Thanks to the Locking saddle, dive bombs, squeals and vocal leads can be easily played without having to switch on the tuner directly afterwards.
