The PRS SE Schizoid (Court of the Crimson King) is a limited edition SE series guitar, created in celebration of the 50th anniversary of King Crimson’s classic “In the Court of the Crimson King” album. This eye-catching instrument is adorned with the artwork from the cover of that very album, and is complimented perfectly by the Nickel hardware and Rosewood fingerboard. 2x PRS humbucking 85/15 “S” pick-ups in both neck and bridge positions provide superb tone throughput, whether those tones are clean or overdriven. A blend of vintage and modern, the PRS SE Schizoid (Court of the Crimson King) is an excellent choice for virtually any situation.
“When I was 11 years old my neighbour played me a song called ‘21st Century Schizoid Man’ by King Crimson, and it blew my head off. Overnight they became my favourite band. I went to see them live a year later and my senses were equally destroyed, and I vowed that night that music would be my life. I could never have imagined that I would actually find myself in that very band years later, singing and playing that very song.” - Jakko Jakszyk
