Equipment

Equipped with 224 SMD 5050 LEDs in the primary colors red, green and blue, the PURElight PixelBar Switch allows almost limitless color possibilities. It is divided into 16 segments with 14 LEDs each, which can be controlled individually via DMX. The beam angle is 120°. In addition, the Pixelbar Switch from PURElight offers static colors, numerous internal patterns, a dimmer from 0 to 100% and a stroboscope with variable speed.

Control

The LED bar has different operating modes. By DMX control, the Pixelbar Switch has 3, 5, 8, 24, 48 or 53 channels. furthermore, the device can be controlled in automatic mode or music-controlled mode. The music control is done via the integrated microphone, whose sensitivity can be adjusted in the menu. For convenient configuration of all settings and functions, the Pixelbar Switch from PURElight offers a display with four control buttons.

Housing and connections

The high quality housing with convection cooling guarantees silent operation. 3-pin DMX connectors as well as power twist connectors allow multiple units to be connected in series. The PURElight Pixelbar Switch offers several mounting options. Thanks to the included lockable mounting brackets, it can be mounted hanging on trusses as well as standing.

Particularly noteworthy is the replaceable cover. The transparent cover can be replaced by the supplied milky cover, and thus create a continuous lighting effect without individually visible LED dots.
