The Pearl Export Lacquer 5-Piece Acoustic Drum Kit Honey Amber is a 5-piece acoustic drum kit, featuring a 22x18" Bass Drum, 13x9" & 12x8" Tom Toms, a 16x16" Floor Tom, and 14x5.5" Snare. This set includes hardware, and features a honey amber finish. After the comeback of the Export Sets in 2013, the best-selling beginners set in history is undergoing a new revival. The multi-award winning sound of the Export shells made from premium Pappel wood and Asian mahogany have received a new look in the form of three different, first-class lacquer finishes, allowing the sets to shine in a new light.

For optimal sound development of the exotic woods, the Export shells are made in a special SST (Super Shell Technology) process and then are equipped with weight reduced lugs in a new design. The Opti-Loc mounting system from Pearl comes in a triangular shape thereby minimizing the contact between shell and metal, allowing the shell to vibrate freely, allowing it to completely unfold the entire spectrum of their unmistakable Export sounds. The bearing edge of the shell is at a 45° angle and together with the triple flanged, 1.6mm thick hoops delivers a deep and full sound from each attack. As usual the Export series from Pearl comes together with a complete hardware set that has been optimally fit to the demands of the Export series.
