Presonus Audiobox - iOne Platinum

The Presonus Audiobox iOne Platinum is a compact USB 2.0, 24-bit audio interface compatible with iPad, Mac & PC. It features one microphone input with a low-noise, high-headroom Class A microphone preamp and 48V phantom power. It also features an unbalanced instrument input. The front panel consists of a large main volume knob, input gain level control knobs, headphone volume knob, 48V phantom power button and ‘Direct’ button that toggles the direct monitor mix. There is also a balanced ¼” headphone output.

The rear panel features a USB 2.0 Type-B port for connecting the interface to a PC or Mac. This port also provides bus power to the unit. There is also a USB Type-A port for connecting an iPad to the interface via an Apple-compatible 30-pin or lightning cable. The two balanced ¼” outputs are for the main monitor output. For security the back panel features of Kensington security slot.

The interface is bundled with the Studio One Artist DAW software (Mac/Windows) and 6+GB of third-party resources. It also includes the Capture for iPad software that allows the wireless transfer of files to Mac/Windows. . The iOne is compatible with almost all recording software for Mac, Windows & iPad. There is also a Nimbit Free account to distribute and sell your music.
