32 XMAX R Preamps for extensive Live setups

At the heart of the StudioLive SE 32R are 32 recallable XMAX R microphone preamps. These preamps deliver a transparent sound with high dynamics and can be stored completely digitally. This is particularly practical for recurring productions or festivals where identical settings need to be reloaded quickly.

The internal DSP offers a total of 36 channels for signal processing. Each channel has its own EQ and compressor functions so that the sound and dynamics can be processed directly in the mixer. The busses are also equipped with corresponding sound processing.

Flexible routing with 16 FlexMix busses

The SE 32R provides a total of 16 FlexMix busses for monitor mixing and complex Live setups. These can be configured as versatile aux paths, subgroups or matrix routing. This allows the mixer to reproduce both classic monitor paths and extensive submix structures.

Two dedicated effects busses with Stereo returns are also available. Four internal effects processors provide reverb and Delay effects that can be used directly in Live Mix .

AVB network with Milan certification

The StudioLive SE 32R supports AVB Audio Networking with Milan certification. This allows the rack mixer to be integrated into professional audio networks and connected to other compatible devices. Digital audio signals can be transmitted with very low latency.

This makes the mixer particularly interesting for larger Live setups in which several stage boxes or additional network devices are used.

40 x 40 USB audio interface for recording

In addition to Live use, the SE 32R can also be used as a recording system. The integrated 40 x 40 USB audio interface enables multi-track recording directly in a DAW. This makes it easy to record complete concerts or rehearsals.

In combination with the PreSonus Capture software, recording becomes particularly easy. Capture also supports Virtual Soundcheck. Tracks that have already been recorded can be fed back into the mixer to perform a sound check without musicians on stage.

In addition, the mixer has an SDXC card slot for direct stereo recordings of the main Mix as a WAV file, so that recordings are also possible without a computer.
