The RCF MB12N251 is a 12" neodymium mid-bass driver with an excellent linearity, good efficiency and high power handling capabilities. The 2,5" aluminum voice coil combined with a high strength fibreglass former allows high efficiency and good frequency response extension. Aluminum basket and magnetic assembly design provide an excellent heat dissipation and very low power compression. The Triple-roll shape combined to spider design offer very low distortion and extended low frequency reproduction.

This midrange / bass driver of the RCF MB12N251 has a powerful neodymium magnet and offers in combination with the 2.5" aluminum coil and the voice coil, former made of glass fibre ,not only a high power handling but also excellent sound characteristics.
RCF has attached great importance to keeping the distortion level of the driver as low as possible and to reproduce low frequencies in detail. Furthermore, the loudspeaker was designed for ideal heat dissipation, the power compression always remains very low.
