RCF introduces three new loudspeaker models in the NX Series — a portable audio system lineup designed for professional use. These models feature advanced electroacoustic design, combining custom-engineered transducers, a newly developed waveguide with constant directivity, FiRPHASE processing, and innovative Bass Motion Control technology. Built into durable wooden cabinets, the NX 9 speakers are ready for the demands of touring and deliver exceptional sound quality, precision, and flexibility — making them ideal for a wide range of professional audio applications.
The RCF NX 9 Series includes three new active loudspeaker models, equipped with 10", 12", or 15" woofers. All models feature the same high-performance 2100-watt Class D amplifier, delivering powerful sound with consistent quality across the range. At the top of the line, the NX 915-A delivers a maximum SPL of 131 dB and extends low-frequency response down to 45 Hz—making it the most powerful model in the series. The NX 912-A and NX 910-A each reach 130 dB SPL, offering excellent clarity and an outstanding power-to-weight ratio.
The NX 912-A is now up to 50% more powerful than previous models. Thanks to its energy-efficient amplifier, no cooling fan is required—ensuring silent operation. A newly developed 1.75" compression driver with a polyimide Kapton dome offers up to ten times the durability of previous designs. The updated woofer design provides greater stability under high loads with reduced distortion.
Together, the custom-designed transducers and the Constant Directivity waveguide deliver consistent, coherent dispersion throughout the listening area.
The NX 912-A powered speaker delivers cutting-edge technology and outstanding sound quality—perfect for solo performers, bands, and DJs. Equipped with a 1.75" compression driver, a 12" woofer, a 2-channel 2100 W amplifier, and a Constant Directivity Waveguide, it provides consistent 100° x 60° coverage and up to 130 dB SPL of distortion-free, high-fidelity audio.
RCF’s lightweight, high-performance drivers are engineered in Italy for maximum reliability and seamless integration. The redesigned 1.75" voice coil, featuring a polyimide Kapton dome, is ten times more durable than previous generations, delivering improved accuracy, extended lifespan, and greater output stability.
The NX Series integrates two proprietary RCF DSP algorithms that work together to optimize sound performance. FiRPHASE technology ensures phase-coherent sound dispersion with ultra-low latency, thanks to advanced FIR filtering used for crossover and phase linearization. Meanwhile, Bass Motion Control manages woofer excursion by analyzing the full dynamic behavior of the transducer. This eliminates the need for traditional high-pass filters, limiters, or broadband compressors—allowing the speaker to reproduce the full input signal at any volume, with deep, accurate bass and full musical detail.
Built for real-world use, the cabinet is constructed from high-strength wood and finished with a durable black polyurea coating. Ergonomic side handles ensure easy handling and transport. A standard pole mount is located on the bottom, and all models support flying, wall, or truss installation using multiple M10 rigging points and optional accessories.
