The Remo Ambassador SMT Coated skin in size 24" features a pre-dampened design that is supported by Sub Muffl® Technology. With a thickness of 10 mm and a single-ply construction, it is designed to be of high quality. The externally applied damping structure with free-floating acoustic foam allows the drumhead and drum body to maintain their full sound characteristics, while adding additional Attack and low frequencies. SMT technology allows for a wide tonal spectrum of tuning ranges with controlled highs and mids coupled with deep, powerful bass tones. This head is among the most musical and versatile pre-damped bass drumheads on the market. It is ideally suited for both live performance and recording applications.
