No stars. The item took an age to arrive and the packaging was patly torn (items were ok luckily). I was notified the day before delivery that the delivery was delayed by DV247 and I had to re-schedule with UPS. The items then arrived on the new date but hours after the deadline. I had no idea the items were coming from overseas as DV247 is in Romford, UK and supposedly has a huge warehouse. I will not be buying from DV247 again and will try at all costs not to use UPS
