Rode Blimp Wind Shield/Shock Mount for Rode Shotgun Microphones
The Rode Blimp Wind Shield/Shock Mount (Shotgun Mics) is a complete Windshield and Shock Mount System with a Pistol Grip, designed for Rode Shotgun Microphones, and Shotgun Mics up to 325mm in length.. The Blimp includes the Rycote Lyre suspension system to provide exceptional isolation, and the Blimp is now lighter, having a redesigned handle. Attachment to a standard Boom Arm is made using the 3/8" thread attachment at the base, at which point the handle can be removed to reduce overall weight. The Blimp is supplied with the Rode DeadWombat Wind Shield to greatly minimise exterior noise when recording in the field.
