The Rode DeadCat VMP is used exclusively with the Rode VideoMic Pro* On-Camera Microphone.
* The DeadCat VMP Wind Shield is compatible with the pre May 2015 VideoMic Pro rubber-band models only. For VideoMic Pro models with Rycote Lyre on-board please use the DeadCat VMPR Wind Shield.
