ROLAND KD-A22 Kick Drum Converter

The Roland KD-A22 Kickdrum Converter Pad turns any acoustic bass drum with a diameter of 22" into an electronic bass drum that is compatible with Roland's sound modules. This is achieved by a drumhead which has a recess in which kick pad is mounted. This pad has highly professional trigger capabilities regarding dynamics and feeling and plays just like an acoustic bass drum with a regular head.

The KD-A22 Kick Drum Converter is ideal for drummers who want to play live and keep the look of a real drumset on the stage. You are using a normal 22" bass drum but with all the advantages of an e-drum kick pad. The converter is particularly great with the Roland TD-50 module, since both are ideally suited to each other and you can deliver an absolutely professional drum performance, be it live or in the studio.
