System-8 Plug-Out Synthesizer (UK)

The Roland System-8 Plug-Out Synthesizer (UK) is a powerful eight-voice synthesizer, which harbours a large array of sounds based on classic Roland synthesizers. At the heart of the System-8 is the next-generation Analog Circuit Behavior (ACB) engine, which powers the 3x oscillators, versatile LFOs, on-board effects and vast routing options. The System-8 also supports Roland’s Plug-Out technology, including three expansion slots and shipping with both the Jupiter-8 and Juno-106 plug-outs. The Plug-Outs can be combined with the internal engine to create entirely new patches.

The tools available in the System-8 are extensive, and include a 64-Step Sequencer, an Arpeggiator, a Chord Memory function and an advanced Vocoder. The System-8 can also be used as a USB Audio/MIDI interface for DAW control, and the control of Software Synthesizers and the like.

Roland’s System-8 is the perfect synthesis tool for both live performance and studio creativity.
