Sandburg California TM2 MN (Greenburst Satin) 5-String Bass
The Sandburg California TM2 MN (Greenburst Satin) is a 5-string electric Bass with a versatile sound and a modern/vintage design. Sandberg uses a European Ash body and a 6-bolt Maple neck in the slim "C" profile, classic ingredients for a crisp response and optimum playability. The California TM2 is equipped with a solid Sandberg Bridge 5 and light Sandberg Machine Heads.
2x Sandberg Power Humbucker pick-ups make the California TM2 the source of an extremely punchy bass sound that resonates in the low frequencies and mid-range, as well as neatly reproducing the 5th B string. To adjust the sound, the perfectly matched and active 2-band tone control is available. A push/pull switch on the volume knob bypasses the classic passive sound equalizer. In addition, both pick-ups can be split using the switch, so that 1st-class single-coil sounds belong to the repertoire of this Bass.
