The Classic TM from Sandberg combines classic tonewoods and a modern design to a comfortably playable electric bass with first-class sound characteristics. With the elongated upper horn takes the ash body promises an optimal balance on the strap, while the generous contours nestle against the player. The flat C-profile of the six-piece maple-mahogany neck also promises agile and smooth grooving between the 24-frets of the maple fingerboard.

At the bass amp, Sandberg's Classic TM Bass impresses with excellent tones that make it a modern all-rounder for almost any genre. While the Delano MCFE humbucker in bridge position delivers a powerful power tone with enormous punch in the mids, the JMVC pickup in middle position delivers a massive yet detailed sound with abysmal low end and brilliant highs. In addition to the Blend control for smooth mixing of the pickup signals, the electric bass comes with an active 2-band tone control for precise adjustment of the bass sound. If desired, the split switch elicits first-class single-coil sounds from the humbucker and thus expands the sonic repertoire of the bass guitar.
