Bought this to electricfy my acoustic for a gig that came up quickly in me that needed amping. I have tried these stick on transducers before on a ukulele and it did not last and needed a separate preamp to get the level up to something usable. None of that here. It is robustly made and has plenty of volume without the pre-amp. Tone is pretty good too. At the moment it is on the top of the guitar as I had to get it on quickly. Delivery was quick from Germany to UK. So overal no complaints and if you want to sart on electrifying an acoustic then this is not a bad bit of kit at a very reasonable price.
