Contemporary 7-string left-handed guitar with multimensur construction

The Schecter Reaper-7 Multiscale LH Satin Charcoal Burst convinces as a modern 7-string electric guitar for left-handers with extremely tight sounds and agile playing characteristics. On the body side, Schecter relies on lightweight swamp ash and a solid top made of burl poplar, while the set neck is made of five-piece maple and walnut and is reinforced by carbon inserts. With the extremely slim "Ultra Thin C" profile and the flowing "Ultra Access" neck joint, the seven-string guitar furthermore offers optimal playing characteristics up to the highest positions of the ebony fingerboard. Two Schecter Diamond Decimator pickups with Blade-Pole-Pieces provide an extremely tight sound at the guitar amplifier, which also reproduces deep tunings with crisp Attack and precise sound development. Last but not least, Schecter equips the Reaper-7 Multiscale Lefthand Satin Charcoal Burst with a Hipshot bridge and tuning-stable Die-Cast tuners.

Multiscale guitar with excellent handling

To combine a tight sound that precisely reproduces even low tunings with excellent playing characteristics, Schecter relies on an optimized set-neck construction for the Reaper 7 Multiscale Lefthand with individual scales for each string, rising from 25.5" at the high E to 27" at the B. The "Ultra Access Heel" and the flat "Ultra Thin C" profile of the glued maple walnut neck provide the ideal conditions for excellent handling. Thanks to the flowing "Ultra Access Heel" and the flat "Ultra Thin C" profile, the glued maple-walnut neck offers the best conditions for implementing the most modern playing techniques in all positions of the 24-fret ebony fingerboard. The perfectly balanced and comfortably designed ash body also carries a chic top made of burl poplar.

Schecter Diamond Decimator Pickups

As pickup for the Reaper 7 Multiscale Lefthand Schecter chooses two Diamond Decimator 7-string humbuckers from own production. The modern direct-mount pickups with double blade-pole-pieces convince with a contemporary sound, which also reproduces deep tunings precisely. The powerful bridge pickup is not only suitable for rich pushing chugs on the B-string, but also for virtuoso high-speed solos with burning sound character. The neck pickup, on the other hand, conjures up a warm yet transparent sound for soulful solos and cleans. The coil-split option also enriches the sonic repertoire with especially glassy single-coil sounds. In addition to the 3-way pickup switch, Master Volume and Master Tone controls give you full control over the sound of the Reaper 7 electric guitar.

Indestructible hardware equipment

Professional and contemporary hardware equipment completes the Reaper-7 Multiscale LH Satin Charcoal Burst 7-string guitar from Schecter. On the body, naturally the hip Hipshot Fixed Guitar Bridge in the Multiscale version is used. While the generous adjustment possibilities guarantee exact intonation and ideal string action even when using thick string sets for low tunings, the string guide through the body supports the tighte sound of the electric guitar. On the distinctive reversed headstock, a graphite nut and die-cast tuners also ensure accurate and robust tuning.
