The Evolution Wireless Digital System

The Sennheiser EW-D ME2/835-S SET R1-6 (520–576 MHz) includes the EW-D EM rack receiver, the digital bodypack transmitter EW-D SK, the digital handheld transmitter EW-D SKM-S with MMD 835 microphone module, and the ME 2 clip-on microphone. The system uses an equally spaced frequency grid previously available only in Sennheiser Digital 6000 and Sennheiser Digital 9000 high-end systems. This eliminates the need for complex frequency coordination. Even users without RF experience can set up and operate the system quickly and easily. All settings are configured via the intuitive display and function buttons.

Thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy, you have full control over the entire system with the Sennheiser Smart Assist app. Take advantage of remote control and mobile access to every single system setting conveniently via your Android or iOS device.

If you do not want to spend a long time searching for free frequencies, you can activate the automatic setup and all parameters will be adjusted automatically within the system. This also works simultaneously with multiple radio links. You save time and effort and can focus entirely on your performance.

Battery or rechargeable battery - that is the question!

The new Sennheiser EW-D system can be operated with conventional AA batteries with a runtime of up to 6 hours. Optionally, the Sennheiser BA 70 rechargeable battery is available, which is far more environmentally friendly than single use batteries. In addition, the rechargeable battery offers an extended runtime of up to 12 hours.
