This headphones are one of the most suitable to use in a professional context. The sound response and fiability, are perfect to mix in stages or sound recordings. In addition, the price isnt expensive in relation to the quality it gives.
Headphones like wines are a personal choice. What sounds/tastes good to one person may not appeal to another. But this I think will suite for everyone who loves music.
These headphones have a great sound and exceptional sound isolation. They are ideal for tracking and overdubbing parts. However, I would not recommend them for mixing, as they have a sound that seems to accentuate the lower frequencies and does not accurately represent the overall mix.
Chances are you’ve heard of it before… Because the Sennheiser HD280 Pro is commonly known in recording circles as the industry standard in closed back headphones. Now I’ll be the first to admit… they aren’t particularly glamourous, and… there are no special features to brag about But what they CAN brag about is the fact they’re easily the most popular recording headphones in the World. And while they may not have the ABSOLUTE GREATEST sound you’ve ever heard…they serve their purpose well. For both beginner and advanced studios alike, I highly recommend them.
