The Seymour Duncan Music Man System 5-String is a complete musical package that adds tremendous tonal versatility to any Bass. The powerful Seymour Duncan SMB-5D '90s Music Man Ceramic 4-String pickup delivers an extremely punchy sound with rich low-end punch and enough clarity for clean articulation on even the most massive grooves and slaps. The musically tuned 3-band tone control of the Music Man STC-3M4 preamp, which in the "4-Knob" version has its own controls for bass, mid and treble , also allows you to precisely adjust the tone color. The push/pull switch in the volume control also activates an EQ preset optimally tailored to slaps and pops.
