The Seymourized by Seymour Duncan is a mini-humbucker with a hotter-than-vintage output and Alnico V magnet. Each coil comes with a steel-blade coupled to the magnet. This provides a present and detailed mid range and clarity regarding the pickup's overall character.

Furthermore, the Seymourized comes with a 4-conductor wiring forr coil-splits. The SM-3N has a lower output than its counterpart on the bridge to create a balanced setup.
