The Seymour Duncan TB-16 '59/Custom Hybrid was wound at the request of the Seymour Duncan Forum community and combines different approaches to create an amazing sounding humbucker. Here a coil of the famous SH-1 '59 meets the coil design of the Duncan Custom with increased output and thus creates a 'mismatched' humbucker in the style of the coveted PAFs. The use of Alnico V magnets also plays an important castor here, giving the '59/Custom Hybrid a warm and midrangey fundamental character. The TB-16 '59/Custom Hybrid is the ideal complement for a SH-2n Jazz in neck position and offers a wide range of wiring options thanks to the four-core connecting cable.
