Permament mount endpin preamp system with Nanoflex undersaddle pickup
SH NFX EP-U is a permanent mount endpin preamp system with Nanoflex undersaddle pickup for classical guitar. The battery is mounted in a pouch to the instrument’s side or bottom.
Nanoflex pickups do not only take the vibrations of the strings like common undersaddle pickups. Nanoflex senses the vibrations of the strings AND the body of the instrument simultaneously. No other pickup technology gives you thishigh level of sound reproduction.
Due to active amplification directly at the pickup and 100% shielding of the entire system, no sound will be lost and no hum created.
The EP-C preamp is trimmed to the classical guitar with nylon strings and provides singing, soft trebles and smooth bass. The output is trimmed to avoid any distortion, excludes any overload and provides an absolute clear natural sound.

Shadow EP-C Nanoflex Classic with Endpin PreampThis pickup is the go to pickup to get if you want to record your classical guitar. It captures the overall sound of the guitar very well. The pickup comes with a guide how to install this pickup. All you need is a drill, two bits and a 9v battery. It is completely hum free and it picks up harmonics very well.
I installed this in a solid body classical guitar and you almost cant tell the difference between my guitar and a traditional classical guitar.
If you want to record your classical guitar and dont have the money for a preamp and expensive microphones, than this what you need!
all it lacks is eq controlls. the sound that it provides is very good but not tweakable. so a separate would come in handy.
