The Shakmat Modular Tessitura Tailor adds or subtracts a precise voltage in the range of -2 to +2 volts to the control voltage received at the CV input. This signal is transposed in octaves matching the switch position. Since the CV input is normalized to 0 volts, the module works as an octave switch(fixed voltage generator) even without input voltage.
