The Shure BLX14E/B98 is a versatile instrument wireless system for professional applications on stage and in the rehearsal room. The set combines the BLX4E receiver with the compact BLX1 bodypack transmitter and the high-quality Beta 98H/C clip-on condenser microphone and is ideal for brass, woodwind and percussion instruments.

The Beta 98H/C impresses with a natural, detailed sound transmission and a wide frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Thanks to the cardioid polar pattern, ambient noise and feedback are effectively reduced. The flexible gooseneck design enables precise alignment of the microphone, while the sturdy instrument clamp ensures a secure hold directly on the instrument.

The BLX1 bodypack transmitter has an adjustable gain control and, in conjunction with the BLX4E receiver, offers reliable radio transmission with a range of up to 100 metres under optimum conditions. The integrated QuickScan function simplifies the frequency search and ensures fast commissioning. The microprocessor-controlled antenna diversity system supports stable signal transmission even in demanding live environments.

With a battery life of up to 14 hours, the system is also suitable for extended use. The receiver offers both an XLR and a 6.3 mm jack output and can be flexibly integrated into existing audio setups.
