The Sigma BMC-155E+ Acoustic 5-String Bass is a stage-ready acoustic bass with first-class sound and an attractive price. The five-string body is made entirely of mahogany with a solid top, while the mahogany neck has a micarta fingerboard. Last but not least, the Sigma Guitars BMC-155E+ features the Fishman Isys+ pickup system for amplified bass playing on stage.

Jumbo body and Micarta fingerboard

The body of the Sigma BMC-155E+ is made entirely of mahogany and has a solid top, while the mahogany neck is made with a typical long scale scale. Accordingly, the acoustic bass delivers a particularly warm sound with lively dynamics that skillfully translates sonorous bass lines even on the low H-string. Dot inlays offer the best orientation between the frets of the Micarta fingerboard.

Fishman Isys+ Pickup System

In addition, the Sigma BMC-155E+ Acoustic 5-String Bass is equipped with the Fishman Isys+ pickup system, which allows the increased use of the acoustic bass on stage or in the recording studio. Here the pickup system convinces with a clear and unadulterated reproduction of the bass sound. The 2-band tone control allows you to adjust the sound precisely, while the phase switch helps to suppress feedback. Last but not least, an integrated tuner is available for fast and precise tuning of the bass.
