The Sommer Cable OYR5-0050-SW instrument cable with 0.5 m length is a qualitatively excellent high-performance pocket transmitter adapter cable. The SC-Onyx Tynee is used for this by the meter. It has a stereo mini jack plug and a 6.3 mm mono jack plug of the Hicon brand.

SC-Onyx Tynee Patch and Instrument Cable

This cable, also known as a "diode cable," is a simplified version of a standard instrument cable. Unlike instrument cables, it is not double-shielded but uses a single spiral shield instead. Since diode cables are typically stationary and used in fixed installations, the spiral shield provides adequate protection.

The SC-Onyx Tynee is very flexible thanks to its single-strand conductors, yet remains robust due to its durable sheath. Its small diameter makes it ideal for use with RCA or jack connectors. Additionally, the oxygen-free copper wires ensure excellent conductivity.

Hicon jack plug
