The Stage 22 Highflex withstands heavy mechanical stress thanks to its robust PVC outer jacket. At the same time, it remains extremely soft and flexible, allowing for easy reeling and winding.

Fine-stranded wires ensure high transmission quality, while a dense copper spiral shield protects against interference signals. With an optical coverage of 99 percent, far exceeding the usual 85 percent, it provides maximum protection. Its balanced signal transmission makes it highly resistant to interference, even over longer distances. Cables with balanced signal transmission use an additional signal-carrying conductor that carries the same voltage but with inverted oscillations. This causes any interference to affect both signal conductors equally, and because the useful signal consists of opposite-pole voltage values, the interference is effectively canceled out through difference formation.

HICON’s three-pin XLR connectors used on the cable impress with the brand’s usual high quality. They are known for a high number of mating cycles, easy handling, and attractive pricing.

The connectors feature a silver matte finish and silver-plated contacts that ensure excellent conductivity. Additionally, they offer six-fold strain relief, protecting the connection between the cable and connectors from mechanical stress.
